please remove the Bug #27816 from the changelog.xml entry, this is just a meta bug and it is still open, 50171 should be enough

73_udm-rest.00_general_tests.master071 failed in the UCS 4.4-2 tests, it worked in yesterdays 4.4-1 tests.

No, the meta bug is now set to RESOLVED FIXED and should be references in the changelog, all changes were done with that bug number.
The meta bug has target milestone = UCS 4.2-2 set.
