The ucs-test script 63checkucrwarning complains (rightly) about missing UCR headers:

Error: Missing UCR header for /var/www/proxy.pac
Error: Missing UCR header for /etc/apache2/sites-available/wpad.conf

Missing UCR headers have been added to proxy.pac and wpad.conf.

[4.4 f058f1c6c] Bug #50197: yaml

What I tested:
systemctl restart apache2 -> OK
pactester -p /var/www/proxy.pac -u http://www.google.de -> OK
Using the pac file in firefox -> OK
Test 63checkucrwarning is green -> OK

I added a yaml for ucs-school-webproxy
