univention.admin.layout.Tab() should be able to display a help text on the left side of the tab.

Patch applied. The help text for printers with a link to https://help.univention.com/t/overview-windows-printer-driver-distribution-known-issues-and-workarounds/13387 has been added with the description suggested by Ingo.
