Bug #43547 backported python-pysaml2 from debian with a newer version and disabled the python3-pysaml2 binary package (which couldn't be build due to dependency problems).

Nowerdays it's possible to build the python3 packages.
We should remove our patches and rebuild.

I think we should import the latest pysaml version from stretch.

Automatically fixed by removing the patches in UCS 5.0.
