Univention Bugzilla – Bug 50567
Add command line information to system_stats
Last modified: 2023-12-20 17:04:30 CET
system stats are collected every 30 minutes. For troubleshooting it would be VERY helpful if the top command would print the full command lines of the processes running Instead of the current parameters we would like to have "-c" added. sed s/top -b -n2/top -b -n2 -c/g I am fully aware we could collect information by comparing PIDs but this is a very time consuming process and it would be better to have all information in one line.
Oh dear, I knew there must be this bug. The solution is already there, it's an absolutely minimal change and yet this really useful improvement hasn't been introduced yet? Please put someone on it. The stats simply make no sense without a complete command line specification. 1886 root 20 0 2669408 56664 20656 S 3.7 0.7 215:01.68 /usr/bin/+ or 29920 root 20 0 100524 47000 18496 R 94.1 0.3 0:00.22 univentio+ simply does not help.
