The appcenter team will rename the appid in the appcenter repository.

* All dependent bugs have been resolved and verified.
* The documentation is already online.
* All tests are green.
* A fresh Docker image has been built and pushed (docker.../ucsschool-kelvin-rest-api:1.0.0 98cc0f5e524f 417 MB)
* The app center team has been asked to publish the app in the production app center.
