If Bug#50492 effects functionality in AD Domains as I understand it, there should be a System-Diagnosis Check to display this in the first place!

The implementation of Bug #50492 is not going to be the default, but can be activated by UCR. All risks will be documented in an SDB article. 

As long as there is no change in the behaviour by default I don't see a reason to have an UMC check.

It affects only functionality in UCS Samba/AD Domains. Not in the connected MS AD-Domains.
