UCS 4.4-4 Jenkins tests

Jenkins tests for 4.4-4 should be created. Deactivate the 4.4-3 Installation tests. Create link ucs_4.4-3-latest-amd64.iso to /var/univention/buildsystem2/isotests/ucs_4.4-3-latest-amd64.iso in /mnt/omar/vmwares/kvm/iso/iso-tests/. Update $release to 4.4-4 in ucs/test/utils/start-test.sh.

You are correct, we can only adapt the start-test.sh script after the release. I adapted the template in toolshed commit 438f527
Please also link ucs_4.4-3-latest-amd64.iso to /var/univention/buildsystem2/isotests/ucs_4.4-3-latest-amd64.iso in /mnt/omar/vmwares/kvm/iso/iso-tests/. Or is that TODO better suited for the DVD buildscript bug?

The ISO is only available after the first DVD build. Creating the links is part of <https://hutten.knut.univention.de/mediawiki/index.php/Philipp_memo/Release#DVD_bauen> as was done by ucs444dvd (Bug #50960) I'll update ucs-release-bugs.yaml and move that task to DVD.
