UCS 4.4-4 docker images should be created.

Containes built (Logs on the docker build host under logs/ucs-4.4-4/), tested and joined. Initial join of generic/slave and memberserver showed an error as documented in Bug #50459, but a univention-run-join-scripts fixes that.

Since there is no regression with respect to the 4.4-3 images I pushed the new 4.4-4 images tagged latest to the docker hub.

Checked apt update and verified that 4.4-4 is included.
