The O365 Connector is able to also sync groups to Azure:

This can only be activated *globally*. 
With the new feature that allows to use _multiple_ Azure ADs, it should also be possible to active the group sync specifically per Azure AD/Alias, e.g.:

- Do sync users and groups to Azure AD 1
- Do sync users but do NOT sync groups to Azure AD 2

Propsal for an implementation:

* to be backwards compatible the current UCR settings is kept and defines a global default
* for each Azure AD a new UCR variable is introduced which defines the behaviour for this Azure AD

Might be not needed anymore if Bug #56102 is implemented.
