+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #50469 +++

The OX App settings will be removed from the App-Tab. This will stabilize the extended attributes ("display_name" etc), so there won't be hard to reproduce problems with disappearing attribute data anymore.

The setting "UMCOptionsAttributes" has been removed from the apps "ini" file.
The previous setting "UMCOptionsAttributes = isOxUser:oxUser" was responsible for mapping the UDM property "isOxUser" to the pseudo/virtual UDM option "oxUser".

The order of the extended attributes has been fixed.
The join script will be executed when updating from a previous version and a script will reorder the extended attributes.
