Jenkins tests for 4.4-5 should be created.
Deactivate the 4.4-4 Installation tests.
Update $release to 4.4-5 in ucs/test/utils/start-test.sh and ucs/test/branch-tests/run.sh

Reopen + assigned: Jenkins jobs have been deleted for now and will be recreated soon
