Changing the repository signing key in Bug #51250 had some unexpected side effects like Bug #51603. We should have a test environments that uses a local mirror for deploying Erratas and check if everything is fine: Upgrades of the mirror (even after applying the latest errata updates), and upgrades of instances behind the mirror.
