Create new app versions of OX App Suite, OX Documents and OX Guard.

The following app versions and components have been created in the test app center:

* OX App Suite 7.10.4-ucs1 (oxseforucs_20200826130851)
* OX Documents 7.10.4-ucs1 (open-xchange-text_20200826131504)
* OX Guard     2.10.4-ucs1 (open-xchange-guard_20200826131924)

The binary Debian packages have been download from the OX FTP service and uploaded to the test appcenter.

The following integration packages have been updated, built and uploaded:

univention-ox       11.0.0-68
univention-ox-text   7.0.1-12
univention-ox-guard  5.0.2-10
