pre- and postup.sh should be adjusted for UCS 5.0-0

preup.sh and postup.sh are meanwhile integrated and UCS 5.0 compatible.

preup.sh / postup.sh exists -> OK
preup.sh / postup.sh are extracted onto the mirror -> OK
preup.sh / postup.sh are executed during the upgrade -> OK

no commits on this bug -> OK
