i386 EOL - block update to UCS-5

For UCS-5 we will only support amd64. Systems still running i386 should not be able to update. This needs to be implemented in the UCS-4 updater or the ucs-5/preup.sh script as dists/ does not provide that information from the URL itself; it would be available from the [In]Releases file if not for <https://git.knut.univention.de/univention/internal/repo-ng/-/issues/42>
