Jenkins tests for 4.4-6 should be created.
Deactivate the 4.4-5 Installation tests.
Update $release to 4.4-6 in ucs/test/utils/start-test.sh and ucs/test/branch-tests/run.sh

Jenkins tests have been created.

4.4-5 tests have not been deactivated for now, as we had initial build problems in 4.4-6
