univention-nfs should be migrated to be Python 3 compatible.

The listener modules are already migrated since a long time.

verified:
- code changes are plausible, migrated to python3
- tested function with umc user module by setting and changing homeShare and homeSharePath attributes and creating share in umc share module. No errors or strange outputs appeared in /var/log/univention/listener.log
- changelog entry exist
