The customer got the requirement from a school, that it should be possible, if a teacher distributes material, that it can be removed afterwards from the directories.
And it should also be possible, after collecting the materials, to choose, if the material stays in or is removed from the students directories.

So, it would be great if you could decide while collecting material if you want to leave data in the student directories or not.
