Several participants of TT 2020-11-19/20 noticed a large delay when opening the UMC module the first time: After clicking the "do not show this again" the spinner was shown for ~1m with no progress report.
Some participants did a force-reload, after which they were shown some module. (unverified)

Another participant noticed that the AppC was downloading some files, which was visible in some log file.

At least there should be a progress indicator giving the user a visible feedback on what's happening in the background.
