With Bug #50302 the possibility to show a cookie banner on the UCS portal page has been introduced. How to use it, is documented at the bug.

Nevertheless, this should be documented in the UCS manual:

* How to activate the Cookie banner
* How to customize the texts

This bug hasn't seen any update for several years. I close it.

If you still see a need for it, you can reopen the bug. Please add an argumentation about why it's important to take care of it.
