Signatures signed with the UCS 4 archive key, i.e. all UCS 4.x repositories, will show as expired on 2021-06-28 and later

Check the impact for UCS updates - is apt working fine if the key is just expired? This determines which UCS versions should receive an update with a new/extended key.
