join script testing for Veyon proxy app fails in jenkins tests on UCS@school singlemaster prior to 4.4 v9

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #52525 +++ +++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #52465 +++ The Veyon proxy app should automatically be install on UCS@school singlemaster systems when updating to 4.4 v9. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- The join script 62ucs-school-singlemaster.inst already contains code for 4.4 v9, testing for the installation of the Veyon proxy app. Tests will fail until that is released. Modify the join script so it only checks for the app if at least 4.4 v9 is installed.
The join script now checks that at least ucsschool 4.4 v9 is installed, before complaining about the missing Veyon proxy app. [4.4 eaf50fc8d] Bug #52660: check for ucsschool-veyon-proxy only in 4.4 v9 [4.4 a027dd007] Bug #52660: advisory ucs-school-metapackage (12.0.4-8) The package has been uploaded to the test appcenter for '4.4/ucsschool=4.4 v9'.
