Test scenario:
The new appcenter version allows for the use of the ucr template mechanism for DockerScriptInit values. The DockerScriptInit value can be found in the ".ini file" of an app and controls which arguments are being used for its corresponding docker container.


prometheus' ".ini file" now contains the ucr template mechanism for DockerScriptInit (--storage.tsdb.retention=@%@prometheus/storage/tsdb/retention@%@) and was used for testing the new feature.
