Samba will drop support for NT4 domains.
1. Remove `src:univention-samba/bin:univention-samba-slave-pdc`
2. Add it to `univention-updater/script/check.sh:update_check_old_packages`

UCS removed support for *installation* if NT-Domaincontrollers in UCS 4.3 (Bug 46118).
