When creating a school on a singleserver, the option 'alter_dhcpd_base' can be set to true (default in that case). The UCRV 'dhcpd/ldap/base' would then be set to 'cn=dhcp,$OU-DN', so that the DHCP UMC module and the DHCP server use the container below the OU LDAP tree.

But Kelvin runs in a Docker container and cannot set a UCRV in the host.
Thus this option is currently marked as "non-functional", effectively making Kelvin less useful in singleserver scenarios.

Create a solution that sets the UCRV in the system running the DHCP service.
