Screen shown after an app-Installation

The screenshot shows the starting point of an app installation _after_ the app had successfully been installed. The button "START INSTALLATION" does nothing, likewise other buttons on the page. A page refresh with F5 closes the app center.

This bug must have been introduced very recently.

I had a similar experience. My app had a README_POSTINSTALL. The content is shown, but the buttons don't do anything. I'm stuck at this point.

I can close and open the App Center and the app is shown correctly as installed.

Problem in UMC when in ?overview=false mode.

OK: reloadModules() with overview=false is fixed
AppDetailsPage correctly shown after installation (or button click)
