We may want to consider adding the settings/portal object cn=local on every server role, not just domaincontroller_{master,backup} as 4.4 systems joining an otherwise 5.0 domain will now have no working portal until upgrade.

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #53091 +++

DC Slave systems and Memberserver had a different default portal in 4.4: cn=local. It had some special behaviour.

We want to remove that portal. Instead Replica and Memberserver share the portal "domain" with Primary and Backup.
