missing file after the update

= Steps to reproduce

Update UCS4 to UCS5, then log in as Administrator (or reboot and log in), then click on "Computers". The page never loads in Firefox 88.0, but in chromium it works.

= Possible solution

I have investigated just a little with and found a few error messages in the Javascript console. I found, that the following error message appeared a few times:

> The ressource from "<url>' was blocked due to MIME type ("text/html") mismatch (X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff).

And I checked its url manually. It turnes out, that there is a 404 hidden behind it, which is delivered by the apache server in a HTML page of content type text/html. One of these URLs was called `js/umc/dialog/NotificationDropDownButton.js`, which I copied from a UCS4 system into the folder `/usr/share/univention-web/js/umc/dialog/` on my UCS5, where it was missing (see screenshot) and doing so fixed the problem for me.

Johannes, is this a caching issue? Do we need a fix for UCS 5.0?

I could not reproduce this.

Could be a caching issue but the the UMC and portal shouldn't even
open in the first place, if they were visited before the upgrade, due
to caching issues.
