= Icons on login tiles are not displayed

At least when updating a system from UCS4 to UCS5 the two files under `/usr/share/univention-portal/icons/entries`, called `login-ucs.svg` and `login-saml.svg` have incorrect file permissions of 700 instead of the expected 744.

Jan, can you check this one? I set the Target Milestone it to "UCS 5.0", if not relevant please remove the TM.

The behaviour could not be replicated. Files are placed with the correct access rights.
