When changing the language, all tiles get in place updated and use the new language.

However, this does not hold for UMC tiles. The reason is that we do not get every possible translation during the initial "UMC tile pull", but only that for the current locale. And we do not re-read the portal.json after a language change.

Workaround: F5.
