Bei Betrieb mit externen Active Directory werden bei Mailumleitung über mail/archivefolder keine Mails an die Empfänger Mailbox zugestellt.
Wenn man die Umleitung beim User einstellt und die Option "E-Mails behalten und eine Kopie weiterleiten" auswählt bekommt der Empfänger keine Mail sondern nur die Archivbox.

From the report I have the impression that it's more a mail issue than an AD-Connector issue.

If you have a support contract, I guess it would be good to contact that, so we can find out more details.

Otherwise I'd recommend posting on help.univention.de to drill down to the origin of this issue.

In particular it would be interesting to look at the LDAP-attributes of an example user that is affected.

could be relevant too.
