session has expired loop

If you change your password through the users/user module you can get in a "Your session has expired, please login again." loop. Clicking on login just opens the pop up again.

How to reproduce:
Change your password in the users/user module
restart slapd (or wait for any open connections to timeout)
open a user

Is this a regression in UCS 5.0?

nice find. I think once we added error handling for this, but this was before SAML was used. I guess this scenario must be re-tested with SAML and plain login.
