When using the "native" UMC overview, the App Center is started at login in the background. This saves a second or two when actually opening the module.

With "UMC in Portal", the App Center is started when clicked. And not only the App Center: join, udm, updater as well.

This all adds up to a startup time worse than in 4.4.
