Update to 5.0: Portals with empty category do not have that empty category attached to it afterwards

While migrating to the new UDM modules, the portal's "content" is examined. If an old portal has an empty category attached to it (e.g., cn=services, but no Apps installed), that category does not show up in the content. Therefore, the new portal does not have the information that an empty category should be added to it. If you now add content to this new category, it is not shown in the portal. (E.g., if you install an App afterwards: You get the entry, you get the link to the category cn=services, but that category is not linked to the cn=domain portal)
We would at least add cn=services to cn=portal. cn=services holds the login entry anyway.
Always --append categories="cn=domain-service,cn=category,cn=portals,cn=univention,$ldap_base" no matter what on 4.4 update.
