installation: dark menu/option

The new accessible dark contrast menu from the DVD image has a few minor issues:

1. The text is trimmed, it reads `Accessible dark contrast installer me >` on the first boot screen (first impression)

2. After changing into the dark menu its title says `Accessible dark contrast installer option` rather than `... menu`

3. After changing into the dark menu the menu items are called differently, even though they mean the same: `Graphical install` is called `Start with default settings` in the main menu. This should be unified to match the wording of the installation manual.
