With the Nextcloud integration installed, the text next to check checkbox that enabled a group for Nextcloud usage states: 
"Hier können Sie den Benutzer für eine der installierten Apps aktivieren. Der Benutzer kann sich anschließend an der App anmelden und sie nutzen"
It's the same text that is being used on the User object where Nextcloud can be toggled, but it should refer to Group in this place.

With the Nextcloud integration installed, the mouseover text at the (?) icon close to the Nextcloud logo on the section where I Nextcloud enable/disable a users states:
"Zugang für Nextloud" - so the "c" in Nextcloud" is missing.

Please also check the English translations!

Looks like a rather generic issue in the text to activate an app for groups.
