404 dangling link in bugzilla documentation

This bug hasn't seen any update for several years. I close it. If you still see a need for it, you can reopen the bug. Please add an argumentation about why it's important to take care of it.
I feel that if one expects people to file bugs correctly, they should have access to the necessary documentation of what the fields they have to fill in mean. The documentation for the "Priority" field is NOT REACHABLE, as it is a non-existing hostname, at least from outside the Univention internal network (it might, or might not, actually work from inside the Univention internal network, I don't know). Mainly, that is important if Univention thinks contact, communication and collaboration with the community and with customers is important. If you don't think it is important, then close again with an explanation that collaboration is not welcome and I will silently slink away.
