Adjust ucs-school-umc-users UMC module for UCS 5 Design

The package ucs-school-umc-users needs to be adjusted for the new UCS 5.0 design.
Additionally an icon for the module has to be added.

univention-web wasn't build and umc/widgets/Dialog was missing Fixed now.
