Increase all join script versions by 10

To make sure in UCS@school 4.4 enough joinscripts versions are available before the upgrade to UCS 5.0 in the maintenance period, we have to increase all joinscript versions of changed packages by 10 in UCS@school 5.0.
Command to get the version diff between 4.4 and 5.0: git diff -U0 origin/4.4..origin/5.0 **.inst **.uinst | grep -e '^[+-]VERSION' -e '^+++' -e '^---'

"all" means, all join scripts that were modified for the ucs@school 5 release! OK ucs-school-umc-printermoderation (17.1.1) OK ucs-school-metapackage (13.0.7) OK ucs-school-ldap-acls-master (18.0.3) OK ucs-school-import (18.0.2) OK - only minor changes (if at all changed) for all the other join scripts
