The following apps will be covered by product support:

* Let's Encrypt
* OX Connector
* Apple School Manager
* Kelvin API

This issue shall make sure that the apps are mentioned. Detailed documentation about requirements, setup, troubleshooting, etc. will be added explicitly on a per app basis.

The UCS manual should only cover Let's Encrypt and OX Connector.

Kelvin API and Apple School Manager are more relevant in the UCS@school context and should be documented there. See Bug #53420

I created a merge request: https://git.knut.univention.de/univention/ucs/-/merge_requests/156

It just adds short sections for OX Connector and Let's Encrypt. Their purpose is just to mention the apps and show that they are covered by product support.
