Already deleted DNS entry and computer object in active directory
So, after browsing through the active directory and DNS, i deleted everything associated with that ip address. Turns out that the join script doesn't like reusing IP addresses. All corresponding computer objects and DNS entries were deleted, don't forget the tcp domaincontroller_master entry! After that i tried to join with the same name, not working. Used another name, not working. While joining i spotted that the installer creates multiple certificates, matching the used names, which failed to join. I counted my host names upwards, for example: dw-home-001; dw-home-002; dw-home-003 So i reinstalled the whole thing and then it worked with the second name (didn't dare to try the first one).
