Adjust the UCS@school 5.0 manual

The UCS@school manual has to be reviewed and adjusted for UCS@school 5.0. * Create new screenshots * Remove sections for removed components (e.g. iTALC, UCC, etc.) * Check for changes e.g. regarding Python 3 migration, Design Changes, Primary-Secondary-Wording. * ???
I removed a section regarding 4.4 / 4.3 (and below) mixed environments. With 5.0, only 4.4 systems are allowed.
