Description Daniel Duchon univentionstaff 2021-09-16 15:49:05 CEST
In this particular case:
Hardware: Fujitsu Primergy RX1330 M4
This is a UEFI-Only System - alternate-boot-mode is not available

Installation with standard ISO-Image for UCS 4.4-8 is not possible. The installer boot leads into a grub-console

terminal-output:
grub> ls
(proc)

A boot from UCS 5.0 ISO works.

Workaround from bug 37423, comment 17 works, but is not really an option in bigger environments or if you need to setup multiple servers in short time

Known issue - our shim was revoked my Microsoft because of several security vulnerabilities. I'm already working on this.
