The section 11.3. Beispiele für Gruppenrichtlinien

is very long & confusing. Especially sub-sub-subsections like 11.3.2.1 have a 
"wild" and inconsisten formatting and are frustrating to read. Most of the sections describe steps which have to be done in windows, imho this does not have to be part of this manual (could e.g. be done in a help-article)

I suggest to rewrite/ rethink this chapter with a non-school-developer to get an outside perspective.
