The app ucsschool apis provides an interface to write apis as plugins, e.g. for ucsschool. 

The directory 
/var/lib/univention-appcenter/apps/ucsschool-apis/data/plugins
is not created when the app is installed


-> the app should create the "plugins" directory on its own.
