When clicking on the portal tile "System and domain settings", the login page is opened in a new browser tab.
Expected is, that it opens on the same browser tab.

If the portal entry is changed from "New tab" to "Use default of portal", then it does not open a new browser tab anymore, but instead in a portal tab.
That'd be OK, if then there wouldn't be two hamburger menus and the UMC portal tab would not create sub-portal-tabs for opened UMC modules. That is even worse than a new browser tab.

The expected result is what I get, when I configure "Use default of portal" and then press F5. It is then the Portal with tabs for UMC modules and only one hamburger menu.
