The UMC module search feature should be language agnostic.

Currently when logged in with German, a search for "user" will yield no result, but "benutzer" does.
When logged in with English, a search for "benutzer" will yield no result, but "user" does.

The UMC module search feature should look for keywords in all installed languages.
