The UMC license module is currently located in the "welcome" section.

That is the last place where it'd look for it. In fact I had to search for it, as I couldn't find it "anywhere".

The license information is valid domain wide and the license data object is stored in LDAP, so I suggest to move the two UMC modules ("show license" and "import license") to the "domain" section.
