A very lot of enduser (teacher) expect to be able to end a running exam in the exam module. As they start it there, they expect to end it there also. We should implement a stop button (or at least a link to the classroom to end it there) in the exam module.

Also if stopping fails, there is no easy way for a teacher to cleanup to give a second try. Also admins need to do a lot of manual steps or they kill all running exams registered on the master. That should be improved.
